Fraudulent orders and credit card fraud will be considered mail fraud, which is deemed a federal crime prosecutable by the United States Postal Service. If you are planning a trip and will be out of town, tell your post office so they can hold your mail until you return.

How to Place an Order Online

To purchase an item online, simply click the "order" button to the right of the item. When you have finished adding all items to your order, click "View Order” (located in the top section of every page of our site). Make any necessary adjustments to your order by the "Update Quantities” button. You can now proceed to our “Check Out” page. To ensure prompt order processing, please fill out ALL required information. To finalize the order, click the “Submit Order” button. An order confirmation will be given to you and we recommend you print this page for your records. Please note that your billing address MUST be exactly the same as the billing address for your credit card. Orders without valid address verification may be delayed for further verification with your credit card bank. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet bank verification standards.

Sending a Check or Money Order

We accept payment by cashier's check or money order. We suggest you e-mail us prior to sending a payment to ensure the availability of the item you would like to purchase. Tax

ParfumParfum.com is based in New Jersey. State law requires us to collect sales tax of 6.00% on all orders shipped within New Jersey. All orders outside of New Jersey are exempt from sales tax. If you are ordering outside of New Jersey and sales tax appears on your order, please change the "Shipping" destination on the shopping cart before you submit your order.

Shipping to the United States

Ground delivery is our standard shipping method in the United States. Your order will be processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in New Jersey and will normally arrive within 2 - 8 business days. Our preferred carriers are the United States Postal Service and UPS.

Special Orders: Free Shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more.

Express delivery service is available for an additional fee for in-stock items only. Orders must be received by 2:00 pm EST Monday-Friday. Please note that Express delivery will arrive on business days only.

Some Things You Should Know:

-Shipping Cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless we made a mistake.
-Signature Requirements may be necessary for delivery to an Apartment, Unit or condominium.
-Address Corrections made by our carrier will result in $10.00 charge.
-Saturday Delivery (where available) add $10.00 to Next Day Air Shipping Rates. Please visit www.ups.com or call UPS Toll Free 800-742-5877 to check availability.
-Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.

International Customers

Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

If you are not satisfied with any item you receive, you may return the item as long as it is in its original, unopened condition within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. There are no exchange or refund on any item that has been used.All returns that are open or don’t have its original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.If your original order is over $100 and you decide to return the merchandise in full or partial, a charge of $5.50 will not be credited as it will have then be deducted as Shipping charges. All returns must include the "gift" received, if any, with the original purchase. Please make your selection for these items carefully. Please note that the shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable unless it is our error in shipping.Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 1-business days after delivery. Please notify Customer Service by either e-mail at: info@ParfumParfum.com or call us at: 1.888.9PARFUM Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST). If you are prompted to leave a voice-mail, please proceed with the details of your order and the reason for return. It is also important that you leave a callback number for us to verify the Return Merchandise Authorization. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (1) business days.

How to return Items

Contact our customer service to receive an authorization number for the items you wish to return. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without an authorization number. Back Orders & Out of Stock

We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you request is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item or we may offer you the item in a different size or package. You can decide to either have us ship it to you, or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe to order online?

All credible sources, magazines and newspapers agree that online ordering is actually more secure than ordering over the telephone or by mail. We use the latest industry standards for secure online credit card transactions. Always make sure that you are typing your credit card information you’re your browser is in “secure mode” (information encrypted). You can see this by the keylock (secure symbol) at the bottom right hand corner of your browser. Another secure mode is having an “s” appear in the URL (i.e. https://...) instead of http://... You are advised to properly destroy any receipt that has your credit card information to keep would be thieves away. Never send your credit card information via the email.

I just placed my order and I did not receive an email order confirmation

When you submit an order online, you will be given an order confirmation number and a summary of your order. Your order has successfully been placed and we will send you an email to confirm the shipping of your order within 24-48 hours during normal business days. If you do not receive an email confirmation within this time period, please email us with your order number and we will promptly respond to your request.

When do you charge my credit card?

When an order is placed, we will attempt to obtain an authorization for the order amount. An authorization will check to see if the credit card is valid and may reserve the funds. It is not the same as 'charging' your card. The order amount is reserved for up to 30 days. We utilize Address Verification Service to verify billing your credit card billing information. If the bank needs more info, we will send you an email message, or if necessary contact you by telephone. Your card is charged when the package is shipped.

How do I receive Coupons?

We may on occasion offer promotional coupons or specials. Subscribe to our Promotions at Promotions@ParfumParfum.com to be notified of specials.

I ordered the wrong item and I want to return / exchange it. What do I do?

You may return the item within 14 days after you received the product. Contact us by email or by telephone: (888) 9PARFUM. Do not open the item. It must be in resalable condition in order to receive a full refund. Securely repack and ship the item back to us via UPS or USPS. Write down your order number and tell us what if you want to exchange the item for something else or receive a credit. When we get your package, we will credit your credit card for items returned. We cannot refund shipping / handling charges.

You shipped me the wrong item. What do I do?

If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us by email or by telephone: (888) 9PARFUM. We will pay for your shipping cost (via UPS Ground or USPS Postal Mail) to ship the item back to us. We will ship the correct item to you.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we do. We can ship via USPS Postal Service. Customs duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery.

Do you ship to countries other than US and Canada?

No, at present we dont.
